Human Recourses Strategy:
The company has policy to recruit the staffs by various methods. Mostly the company publishes the vacancy announcement to newspaper and other media and conduct competitive selection process like interview, practical test and written test, if required. The company also recruits competitive qualified staffs. The Company has the policy for suitable position for staff as per the qualification and experience. All the positions have suspense function and job description. At the time of appointment letter staffs member will get his/her function and job description.
Branch/ Dealer/Agent Networks:
The company has three branch offices at Jumla, Ramechhap and Nepalgunj .It has 11 dealers at Kalikot, Kathmandu, Jhapa Dang, Chitawon, Laltipur,Kaski,Chitawon and Rukum. Every branch office has one branch manager, repair and maintenance unit and other required facilities. Head office has covered whole remote area Nepal Coordinating with different dealers and agent. Similarly, Nepaljung branch has covered the Western and Far Western region of Nepal and Ramechhap Branch has Covered Central region. Also with the help of different dealers and agent we are able to cover all remote parts of five development region
Till the date, the company has been able to sell around five thousand Solar Home System and more than 2000 Small Solar Home System. The stocks movement process starts from head office. Head office will purchase the products which are passed from RETs, through qualified company, and then only head office sends the product to branch, agent or end users. But sometimes because of the unavailability of the products in the market, the company holds a required amount of inventories on this stock movement process. So, normally all the sales are distributed from head office to branch/dealer/agent and through branch/dealer/ agent to end of user.
Marketing Strategy:
The company has its own marketing strategies and plan. Normally most of the end user of solar product is known but those users are unaware about its quality. The company has strategy to advance quality of our product through various means of marketing program. Normally the company has interaction and coordination with different NGOs, INGOs and its own dealer/agent about the marketing and sales strategy. Similarly company has strategy to visit door to door for marketing and creating awareness about renewable energy. The company has a plan to advertise about the product at local level as well as national level through different media.
Distribution and Sales Strategy:
First our agents and sales staffs convince to end users about our products. Then agents and sales staffs request to head office to supply the products at required places. At that time of requesting the goods, agents and sales staffs also inform about the terms of payment. Then head office or branch office sends the product to agents or sales staffs. Finally our qualified technicians install the solar home system. Normally most of the sales are cash sales except subsidies.
After Sales Service and support Strategy:
Including three branch offices, six dealer and head office we have nine separate unit for after sales service and support. Customer can directly contact to any of our after sales services. At the time of field visit and monitoring of our technicians, customers can directly interact with them and our technicians help to solve the problems at their places. Our agents are also helping to bring the goods for repair and maintenance. Detail information about our after sales services and warranty services are given below.
